Leadership Development, Coaching Experience

Camilla is an Executive Coach and Facilitator specialising in team and group coaching, systemic coaching and constellation, voice dialogue coaching, and individual effectiveness  as a model of assessment in developing emotional intelligence. She has conducted coaching activities with executives, senior managers, middle managers, managers in motherhood, teams, groups, professionals and entrepreneurs mainly in the area of executive, leadership, retail dynamics, change management, career development, and developing emotional intelligence. Camilla has offered training working as a trainer and a facilitator in companies and multi-company workshops. Her main facilitation areas are leadership and management development, career development, and retail dynamics.  The areas where he worked include: the luxury market, food, finance, consultancies, banking, communication, oil & gas, public institutions, pharmaceuticals, textiles, transportation, as well as with entrepreneurs and professionals.

 Other Relevant Experience

After a degree in Modern Literature with Adult Education specialization, over ten years Camilla had a long and rich experience in the event organization field. First, in companies, then, during her masters, as a consultant. Since 2013, coach and facilitator for the Educational Tour and Young International Forum in Rome, Rimini and Naples: orientation project for all young people who are preparing to choose their own training / professional path; With the House and Senate Patronage and the membership of the Presidency of the Republic. She is volunteer coach at ICF Italia - "Il dono del coaching", and executive and team coaches in InnoVits - "Gymnasium", a non-profit reality that aims to stimulate entrepreneurial development through the comparison between startup and manager.
