Catherine is a certified Co-Active Coach, runs far-reaching leadership programmes and has spent 20 years in leading global transformational programmes at top corporates such as PwC, GE Healthcare, Diageo, Total Oil and more recently with Medical Affairs organisations. She builds capability and leads facilitated learning interventions in communicative leadership, development of management teams, strategy and coaching.

Catherine is an expert in Change Management and communications having led several global transformational programs. She has the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and has substantive experience in high performance coaching of professional individuals. She has multilingual capability in French and English and multicultural sensitivity.
