As an executive coach Irene always starts from what is working, in other word, from the coachee’s strengths. These key elements make each manager’s leadership unique and authentic – and the key to unlock their potential. As a trainer, she uses an experiential approach which is based on artistic and creative metaphors like cooking, dance, singing etc. to consolidate individual and team leadership skills through a learning journey which is both cognitive and emotional. 

Leadership Development, Coaching & Consulting Experience

Irene is a coach, a trainer and a consultant for the development of the creative potential of individuals and organizations. She has worked with Italian leading companies and multinationals, accompanying teams, managers and executives in recognizing their strengths, overcoming their business challenges, enhancing their performance.

As a trainer and a designer, Irene works in experiential training programs with individuals and teams using artistic metaphors (singing, music, dance and cooking) for designing innovative courses to develop soft skills and leadership capacity.

As a team coach and a team facilitator, Irene works enabling groups and teams in (re)discovering their talents and in finding the alignment between personal and organizational objectives. She has also worked in designing and delivering programmes to develop coaching and people management skills in team leaders. Irene has long experience in providing experiential training and team building activities, indoor and outdoor.

Irene has experience in working with organizations from different public and private sectors: Pharma, Health Care, TLC & Mobile Communications, Automotive, Oil & Gas, Banking, Public Utilities, Public Institutions.

She has also experience in the third sector and in particular, from 2016 she’s been part of the faculty for several cohorts of coaching programmes delivered for the United Nations International Fund for Agricultural Development – IFAD in Rome.

Other Relevant Experiences

Irene manages a not-for-profit association, Ricrea, which promotes projects for new generations’ talents’ development through coaching, in Italy.

Irene has collaborated with important management schools and has been working as a Lecturer with the University of Tor Vergata, Department of Communication.

She has been guest speaker at University of San Diego designing and delivering educational programmes like “The art of Italian leadership”. She has been a speaker at the International Training Industry Conference (Raleigh 2011) and two times guest at Coaching TV from New York.
