Matilde’s approach combines a vision that focuses on the person in the organization, with a strong orientation to the processes and results. She loves coaching for its power and its "structured magic", and in particular she loves executive coaching, where she deals with educational paths and processes using empathy, method and concreteness.

Leadership Development, Coaching & Consulting Experience

Matilde has been working as consultant and development trainer for 20 years, with managerial and entrepreneurial experience. She has worked as HR Business Partner, coach, head hunter, managing and implementing change projects, monitoring and performance management, with top and middle managers.

Matilde works as an executive coach, team coach and leadership trainer with managers and executives. She works for public utilities companies, engineering, pharmaceutical, automotive, healthcare, retail, maritime and food industries.

She has supported public and private organizations, production and services, through programs and change management processes, coaching, team coaching, unconventional training and organizational analysis. She has experience in coordinating large training projects, including international ones. She teaches in numerous Masters programmes and she takes part in conferences and seminars on the development of soft skills.

Other Relevant Experience

Matilde has written several articles and publications on the subject of training and human resources. She is currently President of the Campania Group of AIDP - Italian Association for Personnel Management.
