Sandro da Silva
Coaching enables you to get from where you are to where you want to be
Sandro’s approach is guided by the humanistic belief that people are full of talent and potential. He engages in an open dialogue with his clients to foster their self-awareness, flexibility, creativity, innovation, experimentation, risk taking and - last but not least - action. He applies research and theory, his experience and intuition, to offer a supporting and challenging environment for clients who want to regain clarity, sharpen their focus, become more resilient, accelerate their development and thrive.
Leadership Development Experience
Sandro works with organisational members, from entry-level to managers and executives, to develop their skills and improve their performance in their current jobs, to prepare and strengthen them for future positions and to allow them to reflect on their own role when candid feedback, a different perspective and insight may lack.
In his work with top teams, he facilitates repeated cycles of action and reflection and invites them to consider the consistency of their leadership, the quality of their interactions and their opportunities for renewal. At a more organisational level, Sandro is regarded as a trusted consultant and thinking partner to HR and L&D senior executives during their efforts and initiatives to enable their organisations to evolve, adapt and change
Other Relevant Experience
Sandro is also visiting faculty at the Executive Education and Executive MBA departments of the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and lecturer in change management at the the Hotelschool The Hague University of Applied Sciences.
