Transformational Leadership Coaching

Our ICF accredited coaching program leads to Level 2 accreditation and enables you to fast track to ACC. The program is limited to a group of only 12 people, to maximise your opportunity to actively engage in the program.

Objectives

Pursue personal transformation and growth: We deeply believe in your growth, both in self-awareness and skills

Gain new leadership skills: Acquire the leadership coaching expertise you need to work at the highest level with leaders and teams looking for extraordinary results

Become an accredited coach: This is an accredited coach training program allowing you to achieve an ICF credential (ACC or PCC) without additional examinations

Approach

In a diverse group of leaders, HR and management consultants explore human potential and performance enhancement by aligning strengths with organizational purpose

Engage in a structured, experiential program tailored to the learning styles and needs of those in a modern business environment

From practitioners for practitioners who enable sustainable results for their coachees through crucial insights

Building on the most effective models and tools from behavioural psychology, transactional analysis and positive psychology coaching

Course Details

• 12 learning days onsite delivered by senior coaches with experience from diverse cultures and industrial context
• 7 hours of group mentoring and 3 hours of individual mentoring
• A minimum of 6 observed coaching sessions and 4 individual written feedbacks by a credentialed ICF Faculty member
• 18 hours of coaching practice
• Reflective practice, coaching assignments and additional learningresources delivered through our learner engagement platform MyQuest
• Final assessment of your coaching skills
• An Emotional Intelligence assessment with feedback from a qualified EQi practitioner and a VIA Survey of Character Strengths assessment
