Our Executive Coach Training programmes range from short programmes intended to introduce you to the concepts and techniques in coaching, through to programmes lasting several months where you will emerge as an accredited coach. You'll be able to choose between receiving the TPC Leadership Certificate of Attendance or completing the requirements of ICF or EMCC, depending on which programme is right for you.
We offer our programmes both virtually and in a combination of learning environments, where classroom sessions are supported by our digital platforms.
Accredited Coach Training Programmes
Transformational Leadership Coaching (ICF Level 2)
Our flagship programme is accredited with ICF (Level 2) and contains every element needed to apply for ACC & PCC level accreditation with the ICF.
12 days of training over 9-10 months
Transformational Team Coaching (AATC)
Our flagship Transformational Team Coaching programme is accredited with ICF (AATC) and takes place over 6 months and brings together a range of activities including face to face & virtual workshops, virtual webinars, group and peer supervision and your outside classroom team coaching practice.
TPC Practitioner (ICF Level 1)
Accredited with ICF (Level 1), this course can be used towards individual accreditation with ICF on completion of the programme. Includes 84 hours of coach-specific training.
Delivered in 9 days over 6-7 months.
EMCC Coach Practitioner
Accredited with EMCC, this course can be used to achieve the European Individual Accreditation (EIA) award at Foundation or Practitioner level.
Delivered in 9 days over 6-7 months.
Foundation Coaching Skills
Accredited with EMCC, this course teaches participants the core models and techniques of impactful coaching.
A 3-day introductory programme.
Coaching for Leaders
For leaders who want to introduce a coaching style into their working life. Delivered in bite-size modules to fit into a busy working day.
6 half-days over approximately 3 months.
Masterclasses
Team Coach Training
Develop your skills to manage team coaching interventions and learn how to intervene with different approaches based on the fundamental needs of your clients.
An intensive 3 day programme for experienced leaders and coaches.
