Transformational Leadership Coaching is a comprehensive programme for leaders and people managers, HR professionals and consultants seeking to develop professional coaching skills to enable themselves and their people to thrive.
This is an accredited coach training programme recognised by the International Coach Federation (ICF) for 138.6 hours of coach-specific training, allowing you to achieve an ICF credential (ACC or PCC) through a quicker, simpler and cheaper application path.

We focus on developing the emotional intelligence necessary to align your inner and outer worlds so you can manage the most challenging relational dynamics to produce deep-rooted transformational changes.
You will learn the most effective models and tools from behavioural, transactional analysis and positive psychology coaching.
Participants can expect to:
- Receive all the training they need, leaving them to complete their coaching practice and take their ICF Coach Knowledge Assessment - CKA in order to achieve an ICF credential at ACC or PCC level
- Be distinguished as a professional coach/mentor working to rigorous and demanding standards
- Raise their personal credibility and professionalism
- Demonstrate they are continually developing and always improving
The course is delivered either as a blended (intensive face to face workshops + access to our online learner platform) or virtual programme (synchronous virtual workshops + online learner platform).
